Browsing the pages does not require an account or registration. To operate the site, maintain security and prevent abuse, the server and hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested page and certain browser or device information.
This data may be kept by the hosting provider in connection logs. Mivelaz does not use it to create profiles, measure audience or track visitors’ behaviour.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not use audience-measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
A PHP session cookie that is strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site may be placed in your browser. It is used in particular to protect forms against abusive submissions and to perform CSRF checks. It is not used for advertising or profiling and expires at the end of the session.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. This may transmit technical data required to provide the fonts to Google, including IP address and browser information.
The home page embeds a YouTube video through the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Loading or using this video may transmit technical data to YouTube or Google in accordance with their own privacy policies.
When you use the contact form, we process the data you choose to provide: full name, e-mail address, optional telephone number, subject, message and, where applicable, the requested context or configuration.
This information is used to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare a quote, process an order request or respond to a partnership request.
The site does not store this data in its application database. It is sent by e-mail to persons authorised to handle requests for Mivelaz, and an automatic acknowledgement may be sent to the address provided. Messages may then be retained in e-mail accounts and their backups for the time needed to process the request and manage the relationship.
Data may be accessible to Mivelaz Techniques Bois SA, persons authorised to respond to requests and technical service providers required for hosting, e-mail delivery and the provision of embedded fonts or videos.
These providers may process certain technical data from abroad. Mivelaz does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for commercial prospecting.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then deleted or archived where legal obligations or legitimate interests justify this.
